We offer toll coating services for PMMA and PC sheet manufacturers for thermally cured Momentive SilFORT coatings. Our coating line operation is fully automated and equipped with 100 % quality inspection with machine vision. The modern line offers high production capacity, which translates to efficient lead times.
We offer high toll coating capacity, which enables coating high-performance plastic sheets effectively. Plastic sheets are coated with state-of-the-art technology. We handle the industry standard sheet sizes from 2000 x 1000 mm up to 3050 x 2050 mm sheets with thickness range of 3 to 15 mm.
We have over 20 years of experience working in coated PC and PMMA projects. With this experience, we only aim for the highest quality standards and full traceability in our coatings. The production line has machine vision quality control, which ensures top-quality coated sheets. The machine vision checks 100 % of optical defects, such as specks and halos. In addition, the production line is fully automated, thus, creating cost-efficiency.
AS-4000 is a hard coat creating premium performance for a plastic sheet. It is a clear, non-yellowing coating agent providing optimal protection against ultraviolet radiation, heat, cold, rain, and snow, as well as ice. The coating is primary used to protect polycarbonate sheets.
As-4700 is a supreme hard coating with an SHP470 base coating to protect primary polycarbonate substrates against the effects of a harsh environment. The coating provides superior abrasion resistance and weather resistance. AS-4700 does not only protect clear polycarbonate sheets but it also offers excellent protection to black PC sheets against UV-radiation.
PHC 587 is a premium performance hard coating. It is a clear and non-yellowing silicone coating that offers optimal protection primary for polycarbonate sheets. The coating protects the sheets from ultraviolet radiation, heat, cold or snow, but whilst it also resists damage from sand and dirt.
PCH XH100P is a primerless, thermally cured, clear hard coating for PMMA. It provides enhanced abrasion resistance, combined with improved chemical resistance and weathering protection. The coating can protect various types and grades of PMMA from degradation, such as transparent, tinted or black sheets.
