Plastic coating creates a premium performance for a plastic sheet. Hard coating creates an abrasion resistant, UV-resistant and chemical resistant surface for the sheet. We use high quality Momentive SilFORT hard coatings to coat polycarbonate and acrylic sheets.
Plastic laminating improves the physical properties of plastic sheets by significantly increasing impact resistance. A laminated plastic structure enables the integrating of smart technologies, such as shading films, electrically heated films, or transparent info displays into it.
Printing technologies enable printing individual markings, texts, logos, or numberings to high-performance glazing solutions cost-effectively. Our plastic printing methods include screen printing, digital printing with large format printer, and laser marking.
Thermoforming enables a desired shape to a plastic product to be achieved. We have high thermoforming capacity, and our production methods contain drape forming and hot bending. With a large capacity, we can thermoform large glazing solutions made of high-performance plastics.
We have a high capacity for shaping glazing products with CNC machining. Our production capacity contains 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machines for high-accuracy machining. 4- and 5-axis machines enable the 3D processing of sheets.
We offer toll coating services for plastic sheet manufacturers. The automated coating line enables high production capacity and high quality. The quality is ensured with integrated machine vision, which monitors the quality of both coatings and plastic sheets.
